Northridge Carnival

Northridge had a carnival the weekend Paul was in Michigan. We couldn't pass up a carnival, so I took the kids by myself. It was so cute to see Rockwell with his friends. We did a few activities with Dash and Joseph.
And a few with CJ.
The kids both loved this T-Rex obstacle course.
Rockwell did this half-pipe by himself since Tessa was too small.
And Damon was amazing and just hung out the whole time.

Paul's 35th Birthday

The kids and I had fun getting ready for Paul's birthday. Tessa, Damon and I took Paul a Swig and some balloons to his office.
We were all excited for him to come home and open his presents.
Rockwell chose to give Dad a frisbee and wrapped it himself. Paul wanted to spend his birthday at home with the family, and they had a great time playing with the frisbee outside that night.
Happy Birthday Paul. We love you!

Marisa Marries Matt

Aunt Marisa got married on October 2nd at the Payson Temple. We're so excited for her and Matt. They are a perfect match.
The whole day was beautiful and it was fun to spend time with the Barth-Robbins side of the family. Tessa and Rockwell had a blast with Tanner and Brylee all day.
The kids looked so cute I had to take a few pictures of them.
Luckily Tessa and Damon found some time to fit naps in.
I got to end the night dancing with one of the cutest boys there!

Tiff's 32nd Birthday

My birthday was great this year. Rockwell and Tessa enjoyed the treats my sweet friends gave me.
Paul spoiled me with generous and thoughtful gifts.
Tessa made me a cake of leaves in the dump truck and sang Happy Birthday for me. :)
Rockwell brought me some of his favorite toys as presents all through the day.
Damon was an angel as usual.
I have a couple girls nights coming later this month that Paul set up, so my birthday celebrations will continue for about a month...just the way I like it. Haha!

Michigan

BYU played Michigan at The Big House this year. Paul flew out to Michigan with Tyler McGee and Markus Mann for the game.
Steve Schaeffer was at the game too so they got to meet up.

Since they were there for the weekend they decided to make it to a few more games. They went to a Detroit Tigers Game at Comerica Park,
a hockey game,
and the Detroit Lions vs Denver Broncos game.
Paul said they learned a lot of life lessons, mostly in what not to do. :)

I breathed a sigh of relief when Paul was home, after hearing about the kitchen knives and fireplace pokers they all slept with in the house they rented. It wasn't in the nicest of neighborhoods and they didn't have the nicest neighbors...

I'm sure glad he was able to have a fun trip with his friends! The kids were beyond excited for Dad to be home too, and loved the presents he brought for them.
