Pool Party

Paul threw the Murphy-Barth-Allphin Pool Party again. It's such a fun event, and this year was probably the best one yet!

Grandma and Gramps came and were so helpful. Grandma made sure to take a lot of great pictures.

They did a hula hoop contest this year.

Jarom was the big winner and got a Ninja Creami!

They also did a belly flop competition, and it was hilarious!! Way more people signed up to do it than we thought would. It was seriously so much fun to watch!

Rockwell killed it on his belly flop!

He got some serious air time.

And then had an amazing flop! Haha!

Gramps, Grandma, and Kiara were the judges.

The top 5 took home prizes. Rockwell got some refillable water balloons. I love that you can still see his red stomach and chest from the belly flop. 

And Daniel took home the grand prize. He really wanted the griddle and put on quite a show for his belly flop! Al sent me this picture. She was trying to get a picture of Daniel hugging Paul while he was soaking wet, but instead caught him slapping Paul's butt. Hahahaha.

Daniel texted Paul this week thanking him for the griddle. He said he's cooked on it almost every day since he got it.....and his wife is really appreciative he won it too! :)

I was busy all night helping out. Al took great pictures of my kids and kept an eye on them. Thanks Al!

It was a really fun night!! Hundreds of people look forward to this event every summer. So much fun!
