I went to Lindy's final performance for her Aerials class. She did incredible!! Julie and I could not believe this was a beginner's class. It was really fun to watch her.
We went out for acai bowls after the show. It was fun to visit with Julie, Lindy, and her roommate Mia.
Mel, Julie, and I hiked to Horsetail Falls.
It was the first time any of us had hiked it. There were a couple tricky river crossings.
There were also some real steep parts. There was a rope installed at one of the extra steep parts and that was really helpful!
The waterfall was very rewarding though!! It was absolutely gorgeous!
We sat on this rock for a while and just soaked in the beauty. The view of the waterfall, the sound of the rushing water, the smell of the mountains, the feel of the warm sun on us....it was just so relaxing and rejuvenating.
Julie walked behind us for a minute on the way down and said she wanted a picture of us on the trail. Mel and I decided to make it a real tender picture. Haha!!
Damon's enjoying his volleyball team still. He's playing great!
I had to miss his games this week because of our Stake Pre-FSY activity. He had a big cheering section though! Grandma Clark, Cade, Emilie and Matt all came to watch. He sure loved that!!
