Cody is home from his mission in Peru! They came up to Utah for General Conference a couple days after he got home, and it was so fun to see him again. He loved serving a mission and did such a great job there! We hung out at Grandpa Ham's house Saturday night and went to Leatherby's for dinner.
There were many tears shed as we were all still freshly grieving Grandma Ham's death, and Damon was always there with a hug when the tears started.
Rockwell chose to stay home that night. He watched Conference and worked on a puzzle. He said he really needed some time alone. He had told me a few days before that he was unusually excited for Conference this year. I think he was craving peace and calm in his life, and I love that he knew he would feel that from General Conference. When we got home that night, he said that peaceful time alone was just what he needed.
Paul had given me a Kauai puzzle for my birthday and we worked on it and finished it through all five sessions of General Conference. It was so fun to see all the places we love in the puzzle!
