Paul went to St George with some friends from work. Daniel's family has a house there and invited some guys to go spend the weekend down there. They golfed, rode atv-type cars, played pickleball, shuffleboard, ate really well, and had a ton of fun!!
The night Paul left was crazy windy, and we woke up to one of our trees fallen over. :( I'm so grateful that the other tree caught it or Paul's truck would have been smashed!! I rushed out and moved the truck as soon I looked out the window. I called a few companies and luckily one was able to come out that day to remove the tree.
Tessa went to Indy Clover with Meg, Afton, Audrey, and Liv. They picked outfits for each other to try and find the worst one. Meg showed me the pictures and they were hilarious. Tessa found some really cute clothes that she bought herself too. She had so much fun and loved hanging out with those friends. There have been a lot of things lately that feel like my kids are getting so old so fast, and Tessa going shopping with her junior high friends was one of them!
Damon's friend, Arthur, had a Harry Potter party. His mom said she bribed him to read the book by offering a party when he finished it. :) Damon, Tage, and Arthur all dressed up like wizards, ate Harry Potter-themed food, played outside while casting spells, and watched the first movie. They had so much fun!!
Rockwell had his district band festival at a junior high in Eagle Mountain. I was able to go listen and it was really fun. Rockwell was really grateful that I went...and expressed it in front of his friends...with a hug and everything...and it most definitely made this mama's day!!!
