Park City

We got to go to the Student Leadership Retreat in Park City with THS again this year. It was raining pretty hard the first day, so everything except the big ropes course was closed at the Olympic Park. Paul did that ropes course with the students and admin team. I decided to take the kids somewhere dry, so we found a Petco store and looked at all the animals.
We went back to the park for lunch. We enjoyed watching the ski jumpers practicing.

Tessa and Dad got a little silly. :)

It stopped raining and got pretty warm after lunch so we went and played at the park and rode the ski lift.

The park has a mini ropes course type playground. Rockwell fell off one part and landed on a rope and got a really good rope burn. Poor kid.
After a while it dried up enough that they opened the zip line and smaller ropes course. Paul did the zip line and I did the ropes course with Rockwell. He was a little nervous this year, but after making it through two of the events he felt much more confident and enjoyed it.

The next day we had fun watching the Spirit Bowl, playing with our friends at the hotel, and going to a park while the students and leaders had trainings. It was another fun year in Park City.
