Kauai Day 2

 I took the kids to the pool Tuesday morning while Paul exercised. We played Marco Polo and sat in the hot tub.

Paul joined us when he was finished and Rockwell loved wrestling with him in the pool.

I did some reading in a hammock while Paul was in the pool with the kids.

The view from the hammock was just perfect. :)

We dried off and went up to the condo for some lunch.

Tessa did a little stretching while we ate out on the lanai and Paul joined in, doing the exact same thing as Tess. :) Nailed it!

After lunch we drove out to Hanalei Bay. I could look at this view all day long!

We walked over to the pier and jumped off it into the water. That was so fun!

Rockwell jumped over and over!

Paul waited in the water to help Tessa and Damon swim back over to the ladder each time.

There was a monk seal taking a nap on the other side of the pier. Those are really cute!

We went to Chicken in a Barrel for dinner and we were all starving. The lady taking our order warned us that the meal Rockwell ordered was huge and he probably wouldn't eat all that food. She came over when we were finishing up and was so impressed that he had eaten it all. :) We heard a customer ordering and asking how big the meal was as we were walking out and the lady said, "Well that 12 year old just finished one and I was shocked!" Rockwell loved that!

After that we headed right over to JoJo's.

Somehow Rockwell ate a shave ice too! I bet we could all find room for a shave ice anytime though. :)

We stopped at the lookout point over Hanalei Bay on the drive back to Bali Hai that night. The sun was going down over the ocean and it was beautiful!
