Rockwell is a Busy Boy

Rockwell had his last soccer game in Provo last week. He's sure a great player!

We left the game a little early so Rockwell and Paul could make it to the Pinewood Derby. They had fun making the car together and racing it at the church. Their Michigan car did really well.

Rockwell and I had fun playing at the park after one of his soccer practices. This "witch's hat" was actually really fun. :)

Rockwell's coach Nick had the team over for a pizza party after the season ended. They had so much fun playing with water balloons in the backyard.

Rockwell also had his first track meet of the season. He ran the 50m, 100m, and did the standing long jump. He did well and loves that Brig is doing track with him this year.

Rock also went to his first Lindon soccer game last week and played great there too. He went to Eden's birthday party right after one of his soccer games, and said that he loved being the only boy at the party. :) I may have been the creepy parent taking pictures over the fence of Rockwell playing with Rielyn and Chloe. :)

Rockwell's teacher, Mrs. Savage, sent me an email last week that made Paul and me so proud of him. She's not the most communicative teacher ever, so it meant a lot to me that she would take the time to email about him. Here's what she said:
Rockwell is such a great kid!  As I was reading with some students on Friday; he could see one of his classmates struggling with a problem.  The student was getting frustrated. He just quietly went over and helped the student solve the problem.  He is so helpful and compassionate!  Such a delight to have in class!

Rockwell is such a well-rounded, awesome kid. He's very bright, a hard worker, athletic, kind, never gives up, fun, and handsome as can be!
