Everyday Adventures

Tessa has been working hard to earn money for Nationals. She's loved dog sitting Moose and Sadie.

She has learned how to mow the lawn, and was hired to mow 5 different lawns. Mowing isn't her favorite way to make money, but she's doing a great job at it.
The Jacobson's were pretty surprised the first time she went over and they asked her if she was big enough to push the lawn mower. They texted Paul afterward and said how great their lawn looks. Tessa is small but mighty!!

Rockwell loves finding snakes while he mows. This one was pretty big!!

Paul and Rockwell re-seeded this part of our lawn, and it has grown in nicely!

Rockwell went to the Orem Parade with Vincent's family and had a blast.

Rome's family took Damon to the Museum of Curiosity and he thought that was so fun!

Tessa and Hallee learned how to put beads and string in hair, and have had a lot of fun doing each other's hair that way.

Poor Damon got pretty sick and just laid on the couch for a few days. He had a high fever and felt horrible. I hate seeing our kids feel so bad.

Paul and Tessa went on a bike ride to the park one day. Tessa loves to ride her bike!

Rockwell and I tried to hike Battlecreek Falls the last week of school to prepare for the Grand Canyon. We made it above the waterfall, but then there was a second creek where the trail used to be. We couldn't hike without walking in the water. We didn't want to get our hiking shoes all wet, so we just had to go back down. It's going to be a later hiking season in Utah this year!

  1. Your kids are such hard workers! You and Paul have taught them well and set a great example for them.
