Ham Fam Cruise Continued

The next day we woke up in Ensenada, Mexico.

We hadn't found anything we wanted to do there, so we decided to stay on the ship and enjoy the pools and slides without the crowds. Damon loved these minion towel art and alligators on our way to breakfast.
Hallee stayed on the ship with us, which was so fun.
The girls were making funny hairstyles in the hot tub. :)
It was really nice to not have any crowds the whole morning!
That afternoon the girls wanted to go back on the ropes course. A lot of the cousins joined in too.
Once around was good for Rockwell, but Tessa, Hallee, and Damon went around again and again. They loved it!
Paul and I got a table and played Chase the Ace with some of the family while the kids were on the ropes course.
Tessa and Hallee hung out in Hallee's cabin for a while before dinner.
After dinner Keith took the kids swimming, and the rest of us found tables on the Lido deck and played card games.

Thursday was a day at sea, and was also the 4th of July. We found a secluded area of tables and gathered as the whole family. Grandpa shared some thoughts about the blessing it is to live in the United States. Lori also shared some thoughts from Cody about the USA, now that he has lived outside the United States for close to a year. It was neat to hear about the differences he's experienced in Peru and how much he has always loved our country, but that he appreciates it even more now.
Grandma wanted to play the candy bar game with the grandkids. Everyone loves this game!
We took some pictures with Grandma and Grandpa, and hung around visiting for a while. We sure have a great family!! I'm so grateful that we all love to be with each other, and for all the memories we've made over the years.
We were able to see a couple whales!!
Grandpa also made a point to show us that he brought his own cup again. Haha! That's one of the favorite memories from last cruise. :)
Damon loved to hang out with Jonah, Jacob, and Kyle. They are so sweet to him and make him feel like he's just one of the guys.
Tessa, Damon and I watched the ice carving and then Keith took them swimming again. Keith is always so nice to hang out with the littles!
Paul and I were able to find a quiet table with Gary and Julie and talk with them for the afternoon. It was so so fun to have some uninterrupted time to catch up with them! We rarely get that, and we sure love them, so we were both grateful for that time. I took the kids to shower and get ready for dinner and we had a little time to kill so we watched the ocean for a bit.
Rockwell tried frog legs for his appetizer. He said they were pretty good.
Dinner was so much fun that night! Mel offered Jonah $20 to join the staff when they went around the dining room and sang a song for everyone. They had a little presentation where they had everyone thank the staff, and Jonah was just up there with them the whole time, waving when they waved and everything. We were laughing so hard!! And we loved watching the family at the other tables because they had no idea why Jonah was up there acting like he was an employee. So funny!!
The did a "sssssssshowtime" dance every night. A lot of the family joined in and danced with them on the last night.
It was really cute to watch Grandma clap along with them.
We went to a comedy show after dinner, but sadly neither comedian was very funny at all. It was a bust for sure.
We decided to go eat ice cream and hang out instead. :)
It was sad to say goodbye to everyone. We had such a great time and love love loved seeing the family and making new memories together. Thank you so so so much for another amazing Ham Fam Cruise Mom & Dad!!!!
Rockwell stayed up late playing games with cousins again.
We were all exhausted on the way home! We played hard all week long. :)
