Around Our House

 Damon and Paul went to Activity Days Camp at Maple Dell. Damon had a great time shooting guns, doing archery, canoeing, and much more with his friends all day.

Logan's family took Rockwell boating on Utah Lake. He had a blast!

This dragonfly landed on Paul when he was doing yard work one day and hitched a ride for quite a while!

Rockwell goes to cross country practice every morning and runs many miles every day. :) He's mowing about 6 lawns regularly this summer, as well as swimming and playing park games and going on bike rides with his friends most days. He has been so active, in the heat, basically every day this summer. Sometimes it all catches up to him and he naps for a couple hours. It's good to see him give his body a rest sometimes too.

Paul let him drive in the church parking lot one day. He loved that!!

Tessa had her end-of-season team party at a park in Lindon. She got the Most Flexible award this year. :) These girls plopped down into their splits like it was nothing. Haha!

We went swimming at Katie's pool with Al and her kids, and Mel, Ataiya, and Clara. It was so fun to have Clara there! She's just the cutest!

I have been so excited for this summer's Governerd book club. We read The Women by Kristin Hannah, and got to meet with Kristin to discuss the book with her!!! She is one of my top 2 favorite authors. The author meet has been the only event I've attended live this summer with how busy our schedule has been, but I definitely wanted to be at that one live!

Paul and I went to the George Strait, Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton concert. Paul got me these tickets for my birthday, and we have both been so excited for it since September!!

It was an awesome concert!!

I can't believe the energy George still has at 72 years old!
