50th Anniversary Party

We've been planning a 50th Anniversary party for Grandma & Grandpa Ham for the past few months. It all turned out as great as we were hoping! It was a super fun celebration with all the family. We started it out with swimming at Katie's house. (Katie was so helpful for the whole celebration! She really helped us make this weekend as amazing as it was.)

She hung around for a while since everyone wanted to say hi to her. She was so sweet and had a gift and a very meaningful card for my parents.
We spent the afternoon swimming, visiting, playing basketball, jumping, and eating. It was great.
Watching her kids and grandkids have fun together is Grandma's happy place!
Al ordered these shirts for Mom & Dad. :)
I'm so grateful for these two bonus sisters! We all just love them!!
Damon was so excited to play with Matt again!!
Nice moves Gary!!
We all went home to get showered and eat some dinner. Then we met at the Stadium of Fire that night. How cute are they in their shirts?!
I bought the tickets a few months back, and was able to get all of us together in a clump. The teenage girls ended up one row separated from the rest of us, but still pretty close. :)
Alexys and Ataiya ended up not being able to come, and so Katie and Kenzie came in their place. It was the least we could do to thank Katie for all of her help.
I love the patriotic program they start off with every year.
The view is just incredible with the mountains, the Provo Temple, the Y, the American flag, and even a rainbow this time!
Marie Osmond performed, and then Tim McGraw was the headliner again this year!! Damon and Tessa loved the concert! They thought it was so fun that they know some of his songs and could sing along.
Tessa did not, however, love the firework show. Even with her headphones on, it was too loud for her.
It was a very long drive home that night. The traffic flow was extra bad this year. Paul drove Caleb home in his car because he was extremely tired and didn't feel up for driving that late. Johanna rode home with the kids and me, and so we each got some good time to visit with Caleb and Johanna, which was fun.
